Track my order
Once you have checked out, you will receive an email with a review of your order and you will then have the possibility to track its shipment in the page « My account ».
Indeed, you will have access to a dashboard where you will see your order with important information as well such as the order number, the date when the order was made, its total and its status (Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled...). Of course, you will have all the details about your order by clicking on the link « visualiser ».
When you order has left our warehouses, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will then be able to track your parcel via the website www.colissimo.fr by filling in the appropriate box with the tracking number:
